Always moving way to fast, Americans Mark and Michelle Gaylor and Eddy Matzger hopped on over to Raiatea for some down home skate hospitality sur la piste and sur la route.

The Utafara skaters, including 4 year-old David, are starting to really get the hang of their home track, a 200 meter roller coaster ride with a challenging bridge over the entrance to the BMX track.

While some hung out in stunning surroundings, others pounded out lap after lap. Michelle found a new skating buddy in Vearii and Mark kept Irea up front like a truly friendly sheep dog.

Get up on over to the wild side of the island and discover new stretches of wide smoothness guaranteed to make you salivate. Bunches of ripe bananas hang heavy over the road, as do papayas and mangoes, tantalizing the senses.

Skate out to the end of the road with the twins. For one whole hour you will not see a single car. The blacktop will be all yours, making your skate brighter than the midday sun. Shucks, you'll just have to go bathe in the cool deep river, then maybe miss your plane or boat and do it again the next day!
